Configuration, Storage & Miscellaneous:
This Challenger 300 features a nine (9) passenger two-section cabin, with a forward galley, an aft belted lavatory, and an in-flight accessible baggage compartment.
Passenger seating consists of a forward four-place club and an aft left-hand three-place berthing divan opposite a two-place club. The forward cabin’s forward-facing single seats each feature an integrated leg rest. Additionally, the lavatory seat is belted and certified for taxi, take-off and landing, making it the 10th passenger seat.
Cabin storage includes a forward left-hand wardrobe and lavatory cabinets. A bulkhead pocket door provides privacy between the aft cabin and lavatory areas. Console tables are located at each club seating area, several 115V/60Hz outlets are installed throughout the interior, and the main cabin features LED lighting.
Cabin Management & Entertainment:
Lufthansa Technik’s nice® cabin management and in-flight entertainment system features multiple audio and video entertainment options. Equipment consists of multiple touch screen control panels, including an enhanced VIP touch screen panel at the forward cabin’s right-hand forward-facing seat, a dual-slot DVD/CD player, an iPod docking station, two (2) bulkhead 20” LCD monitor, and an Airshow® 4000 in-flight information system.
Data & Communications:
This aircraft features an ICG ICS-200 dual-channel Iridium Satellite Telecommunications System with a wired cockpit handset and two (2) wireless cabin handsets.
The cabin carpet and entrance step tread were refurbished in 2013. The interior features “Wenge” gloss veneer, “Satin Almond Gold” hardware plating, and cream Polystone countertops. “Woodland Brown” carpet is installed throughout the cabin and lavatory. The headliner and PSU panels are finished in “Off White” Ultraleather™, the window line panels are covered in “Buttermilk” silk fabric, and the dado panels are finished in coordinating fabric. The cabin single seats are covered in “Ivory Cream” leather, and the divan is finished in “Camel” fabric.
The galley is equipped with a TIA Wavejet® microwave, espresso maker, dual hot liquid dispensers, drip tray, ice and trash bins, and several storage compartments.
The aft lavatory is equipped with an externally-serviced toilet, and a vanity with sink and faucet.
The in-flight accessible baggage compartment is located aft of the lavatory and features the increased capacity and additional hang-up bar options.
