All times provided were provided by the aircraft operator and have not been verified by Contact Aviation (lien holder). The location and whereabouts of aircraft and engine log books is currently unknown.

- Aircraft operator said the engines were on “a program” but have no evidence that this is the case.

- Engines have been sitting for approximately 18 months. Engines were not preserved following the Honeywell Engine Perseverance process. The engines have not been started or spooled up to create oil pressure in over 18 months.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE DUE:

The 3 cockpit crew seats were removed from the aircraft in Feb. 2018 to be repaired and refurbished by Unique One. The seats were torn down and inspected. No payment for the work performed has been made to the interior shop. The repairs and refurbishing costs are estimated at $15,000. The aircraft interior shop has a mechanics lien on the inspection performed in the estimated amount of $8,000 – “CONTACT AVIATION” WILL USE AUCTION PROCEEDS TO REMOVE THIS LIEN IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION. Buyer may use this shop to finish the work, or may pick up and use another shop to finish the refurbishing and repairs to the seats.

 

  • The Aircraft was on a Dassault OCIP maintenance program when it arrived at Contact Aviation. None of the OCIP block inspections have been performed since February 2018.
  • The 2C inspection became due in June 2018.
  • The Landing Gear overhaul became due in June 2018
  • It is unclear if the fuel tank inspection is due but there is reason to believe it is due also.
  • The aircraft does not have ADS-B installed.

 

OTHER INFO:

Raptor Aviation is owed approximately $25,000. Unique One is owed approximately $8,000. Seller, Contact Aviation, is owed approximately $65,000. After auction, all liens will be satisfied, and purchaser will have free and clear access to this aircraft.

Inspections can be made by appointment only.

Once the bid has been approved, purchaser is must wire a $10,000 deposit to Repocast.com. Remainder of balance must be made within 7 days of the auction to Repocast.com.

FAA Paperwork must be filled out by purchaser with Contact Aviation and submitted within 14 days of the auction.

Bidders are responsible for inspections prior to bidding on aircraft. This is an as-is / where-is sale to satisfy a Hangar Keeper’s Lien.
