Very Light Jets for Sale

Very Light Jets provide an entry point into business jet ownership for those who may have previously owned a piston or turboprop aircraft. They are also popular with owners requiring a range up to 1,500nm, or making short trips lasting up to two-three hours. Seating between four and six passengers, the smaller very light jets do not incorporate enclosed lavatories or dedicated galleys, while the larger ones do - along with some space for a coffee machine. The cabins of the smaller models, such as the single-engine Cirrus Vision Jet, and twin-engine models from Eclipse and Cessna have been likened to the interiors of today’s leading sports utility vehicles. Other models in production today are manufactured by  Embraer and  Honda. Buyers can expect to pay between $2.5m and $5m for a new VLJ, while used jets in this category can be bought for less than $1m, depending on age, condition and maintenance status.
