Socata's four-seat Rallye series was widely used by flying clubs and there were several variants with different powerplants. The basic MS.880 and 885 had 100 hp and 145 hp engines and the heavier MS890 Commodore series were from 140 hp to 145 hp. The all-metal Rallye, fitted with automatic leading edge slats, has exceptional slow speed performance.
