The Piper Cheyenne I was developed from Piper's PA-31P Pressurized Navajo with a strengthened airframe, two 500 shp Pratt & Whitney PT6A-11 turboprops and optional wingtip tanks giving a range of 1,330 nm. 215 examples were built from 1978 till 1982.It will carry five passengers in the main cabin which is accessed via a port side airstair door.
