The Republic of San Marino Aircraft Registry continues to position itself as a top performing aircraft registry for both corporate and commercial air transport operators. Its focus is to maintain high standards for safe operation of registered aircraft worldwide, meet aircraft owners/operator’s expectations and beyond, and offer clients reliable service every step of the way.
A passionate team of aviation experts, with a personalized approach to service, and a worldwide presence, is what makes San Marino Aircraft Registry the difference between registering any aircraft and registering your aircraft.
We understand that our operators deserve dedicated administrative and regulatory support in this highly complex and ever changing aviation environment. For this reason, we have a dedicated team of highly experienced and professional safety inspectors with proven capabilities and qualifications to cater for all aircraft types and operation.
For us it is important to fully understand aircraft owners and operator’s aviation needs, and our personalised service recognises these needs and differentiates us from our competitors that do not provide the same level of service. As we all know from personal experience in dealing with this age of automation, when it comes to customer service, nothing can replace the personal touch.
As an example, our Aircraft Registry assigns a registration officer, a flight operation inspector and an airworthiness inspector from the inception of aircraft registration and/or air operator certification, who are dedicated to providing guidance, answering concerns or queries, and providing solutions perfectly suited to your intended operation.
As the Aircraft Registry’s worldwide presence expands, we continue to grow our resources and capacity to meet this rising demand. We have a network of aviation professionals, strategically placed around the world, which allows us to deliver fast and on-time decisions. Our team has the flexibility to provide continuity of an ongoing project, outside of the Aircraft Registry business hours.
Our head office in the Republic of San Marino has so far certificated and granted eight (8) Air Operator Certificates (AOC), we have also signed ICAO Article 83bis agreements with four (4) different countries,
(Republic of Serbia, Republic of Lebanon, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Nigeria). To continue to expand our presence worldwide the Registry is now opening a new office in Eccelsea Aviation, a private and business aviation terminal at Olbia Airport in Sardinia.
All the above benefits play a significant role in attracting companies wishing to place their aircraft under a San Marino Air Operator Certificate (AOC) so they can charter their aircraft to offset their operating expenses. The demand of airlines and business jet charter operations wanting to utilise their foreign AOC under an existing an ICAO Article 83bis agreement has risen as well.
This has contributed to a fleet growth of midsized and large aircraft, with fleet additions including Falcons, Airbus, Gulfstream, Challengers, Global Express and Embraers.
Since 17 August 2016, the Republic of San Marino has been a party to the Multilateral Agreement on Commercial Rights of Non-Scheduled Air Services in Europe as signed in Paris in 1956. This agreement protects the aircraft owner’s rights and is an added value to operating an aircraft under a San Marino AOC.
The Aircraft Registry offers a range of options when it comes to operating an aircraft, so that aircraft owners and operators can choose the one that best suits their needs.
