About Jordan:

Jordan LaMott has aviation in his genes. His mother was an airline flight attendant and his father was an airplane enthusiast, and unsurprisingly Jordan has been passionate about aviation ever since the age of 3. After high school, the aviation industry was seeing airline bankruptcies and experiencing an economic downturn, so Jordan initially pursued a career in his other passion - film making. He was fortunate to be able to work behind the scenes as a personal assistant on various major commercial movies and TV series.

After a few years, Jordan desired a job that would involve world travel. Returning to Chicago, he studied at professional aeronautical colleges and universities with the goal of starting his journey into aviation. Gaining various certificates and ratings he secured a position as a Flight Instructor in Southern California with Justice Aviation, initially, where he flew around 700 hours in his first year alone.

Earning a part-time Part 91 Flight Instructor and Single Pilot Captain position on a Cirrus SR-22 enabled Jordan the chance to amass a wealth of experience flying, and he eventually became a First Officer airline pilot, leading to an opportunity to fly for the private/charter industry. Today, Jordan works at STAjets piloting a Gulfstream GIV. Aviation is a career Jordan truly loves, and he can't wait to see where his experiences take him in the future.
