(Last interior completion 1999): The aircraft’s interior has two (2) distinct seating areas, which can accommodate a total of six (6) people, one (1) pilot and five (5) passengers. The cockpit can accommodate two (2) people, one (1) pilot and one (1) passenger and the main passenger cabin can accommodate a total of four (4) passengers in a club configuration with two (2) aft facing seats and two (2) forward facing seats (See example below). All the seats are covered in a blue and gray fabric material. The seat inserts are covered in a gray herringbone patterned fabric material and the seat trim is a medium blue fabric material. The carpet is a royal blue wool material. The side panels are covered in a gray fabric material and the window reveals have gray herringbone patterned fabric accent panels. There is one folding executive writing table located on the left-hand side of the aircraft in the main passenger cabin. The main baggage compartment is located in the nose of the aircraft and with some additional baggage located aft of the two (2) forward facing seats in the main passenger cabin.
(Last exterior completion December 15, 1999): The base exterior color is Matterhorn White. There are two (2) accent stripes. The primary accent strip is Ming Blue and the secondary accent stripe is Diamond Silver. The accent striping runs from the nose to the tail and up aft portion of the rudder. The accent stripes are also located on the outboard side of both engine cowlings (See example below).

The aircraft is currently owned by Affordable Equity Partners, Inc., with a principal place of business at 206 Peach Way, Columbia, MO 65203-4905.

As of January 12, 2020, the aircraft was approximately thirty-six point four (36.4) years old. It has flown a total of five thousand thirty-nine (5,039) hours since it was certified on September 19, 1983. This equates to an average annual utilization of approximately one hundred thirty-eight point six (138.6) hours per year. The aircraft has no known major damage history.

Based on the aircraft’s maintenance records it appears the aircraft was being maintained pursuant to Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (“CFR”), Federal Aviation regulation (“FAR”) Part 91.409 (f) (3), which is a current inspection program recommended by the aircraft manufacturer.   

According to the FAA Airworthiness file, the Federal Aviation Administration issued the first Airworthiness Certificates for the aircraft to the Beech Aircraft Corporation on September 12, 1983 with a total time of approximately two hours and fifty minutes (2:50) under United States Registration markings registration markings N6726S.

The Aircraft was sold by Beech Aircraft Corporation to Beechcraft East, Inc., (Broker/Dealer) a Beech Aircraft Corporation Dealer on November 18, 1983 presumably for inventory (First Titled Owner).

On August 15, 1984 Beechcraft East (Broker/Dealer) sold the aircraft to Key Capital Corporation, with a principal place of business at 57 River Street, Wellesly Hills, MA 02181 under a lease purchase agreement between Key Capital Corporation and Perter T. Hartman (First Owner/Operator).

On December 18, 1986 Peter T. Hartman sold the aircraft to Richard L. Beckerman, dba Rikair aviation, with a principal place of business at 60 Padanaram Road, Unit 21 Danbury, CT 06811 (Second Owner/Operator).

On May 31, 1990 Richard Beckerman sold the aircraft to Transportation Locators LTD (Broker/Dealer), with a principal place of business at 2341 South 100th East Avenue, Tulsa Oklahoma. Transportation locators flipped the aircraft to Tennessee Turbine Aircraft Sales Inc., with a principal place of business at Mchee Tyson Airport, Alcoa, TN 37701 (Broker/Dealer) and on June 6, 1990.

On September 28, 1990 Tennessee Turbine Aircraft Sales Inc. (Broker/Dealer) sold the aircraft to Jeffery E. Smith, with a principal place of business at P.O. Box 7688, Colombia, MO 65205 (Third Owner/Operator). Several internal transfers took place between September of 1990 and October of 2005 when Affordable Equity Partners, Inc., Jeffery E. Smith company, ultimately took ownership of the aircraft.
