To satisfy customer demand, Cessna created the twin-engine PT6A-112-powered Cessna 425 Conquest I to offer more cabin room and higher MTOW than the preceding 425 ‘Corsair’ model. The Conquest I is capable of carrying seven, plus one pilot in its roomier interior, and offers a top range of 1,340nm.
